Chocolate Country Montville is seeking a experienced store supervisor / barista to join our
team.
Position is part time contract with 4 days a week with some weekend work required. Hours are 9am - 5pm weekdays, 8:30am - 5pm weekends.
Duties include (but not limited to) managing the day to day running of the store and staff in conjunction with other current supervisor, making of signature drinks and food, managing
stock levels, liaising with co workers and owners, also production staff and chocolatiers.
We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, previous supervisor experience,
able to keep a level head during busy periods, able to guide and train junior members of
staff, experience with software Deputy. We also welcome career growth for the right
candidate, with the possibility of role advancement within the business.
